Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service offered on the od69 platform. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and od69 ("we", "us", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the od69 website, mobile browser platform, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games and any other products made available through od69.ws. These Terms apply to all users located in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where od69 makes its services available.

By accessing od69, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the od69 platform and close your account. od69 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Important: od69 is strictly an adult-only platform. Users must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit or participate in any game or betting activity. Proof of age is required during KYC verification. od69 maintains zero tolerance for underage access and will immediately close any account found to be registered by a person under 21.

2. Definitions

The following terms, as used throughout these Terms and Conditions, carry the meanings set out below.

Account
A registered user profile on the od69 platform, created upon successful registration and KYC verification.
Platform
The od69 website at od69.ws and all services, games and tools accessible through it via any browser on any device.
Wallet
The BDT-denominated virtual balance held within your od69 Account, used for deposits, withdrawals and wagering.
Bonus Funds
Non-cashable promotional credits issued by od69 subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
KYC
Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandatory for all od69 account holders prior to withdrawals.
Prohibited Person
Any individual under the age of 21, any person who has voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform, or any person prohibited from participating by applicable law.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to od69 and participation in any games, sports betting or other services on the Platform is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. od69 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

  • 2.1You must be at least 21 years of age. od69 is an adults-only platform and strictly enforces the minimum age requirement. Age is verified during the mandatory KYC process.
  • 2.2You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts and other non-natural persons may not register an account on od69.
  • 2.3You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in these Terms. This includes persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform and persons prohibited by law in their jurisdiction.
  • 2.4You must not be acting on behalf of another person, using another person's identity, payment method or funds, or operating a shared or pooled account for the benefit of multiple individuals.
  • 2.5You must register and maintain only one active account per person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held across them.

3. Account Registration and KYC

All users must register an account prior to accessing any paid service on the Platform. Registration requires submission of accurate personal information and is subject to KYC verification. od69 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons.

  • 3.1You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number and a valid email address during registration. All information must be accurate, current and complete. od69 is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the user.
  • 3.2KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed. To complete KYC, you must upload a clear photograph of a government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card or passport). od69 may additionally request proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.
  • 3.3od69 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access pending KYC completion. Accounts where KYC verification fails or cannot be completed due to submission of false or inadequate documentation may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.
  • 3.4You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. od69 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
  • 3.5You must notify od69 immediately via [email protected] if you believe your account credentials have been compromised. od69 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such notification, but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds already transferred prior to notification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the od69 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). od69 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following terms govern all financial activity on your Account.

  • 4.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. od69 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, however individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may impose their own transaction limits per the terms of their respective services.
  • 4.2Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that have been used for deposits and that are registered in the Account holder's own name. od69 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment instruments not previously linked to the Account.
  • 4.3KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but withdrawal requests will be held until verification is successfully concluded.
  • 4.4Withdrawal processing times are typically within minutes for bKash and Nagad for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfers to Bangladeshi commercial banks (BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank) are processed within standard banking hours. od69 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
  • 4.5od69 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. Where enhanced due diligence is required, od69 may request supporting documentation including but not limited to proof of source of funds. Processing of affected withdrawal requests may be delayed pending the outcome of such review.
  • 4.6Deposits made by error or in excess of intended amounts should be reported to [email protected] immediately. od69 will not be responsible for funds deposited in excess of a player's intended amount where the player fails to notify od69 within 24 hours of the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

od69 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

  • 5.1All bonuses issued by od69 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of the promotion. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
  • 5.2Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household and per device. od69 reserves the right to refuse, withhold or reclaim a bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, operating multiple accounts, or otherwise acting in bad faith to derive bonus value without genuine play intent.
  • 5.3Free spins issued as part of a promotional offer are valid for the game or games specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that promotion.
  • 5.4od69 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and actively being wagered by a player at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms.
  • 5.5Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering completion, or applied retroactively to previous deposits. Bonus credits expire as stated in the individual promotion terms; expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

The following terms govern the use of all games available on the od69 Platform, including slots, live casino tables, crash games, sports betting markets and any other game formats made available from time to time.

  • 6.1All non-live games on the od69 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by verified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming and Spribe. Each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage is accessible within the game's information panel.
  • 6.2Live casino table games are streamed in real time from studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are displayed within the live table interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, od69's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection and apply the result accordingly.
  • 6.3Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of a fixture cancellation, abandonment or void market, stakes will be returned to the player's Wallet in accordance with od69's applicable sport-specific rules. od69 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market subsequently found to contain an error in the odds.
  • 6.4Game malfunctions resulting from a technical fault on od69's servers void all related game rounds and associated stakes and winnings. od69 will make reasonable efforts to restore affected accounts to their pre-malfunction state where this is technically possible and verifiable from system logs.
  • 6.5Players may not use any software, algorithm, script, bot or automated tool to interact with any game or betting market on the Platform. The use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Responsible Gaming

od69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following provisions form part of od69's responsible gaming framework and are binding on all account holders.

  • 7.1od69 is strictly an adults-only service. The minimum age to register and use the Platform is 21 years. od69 employs age verification as part of its mandatory KYC process and will immediately close accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age.
  • 7.2All od69 account holders have access to responsible gaming tools directly within their account dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders and session time limits. These tools are available at any time without requiring contact with support.
  • 7.3Players who wish to take a temporary break from the Platform may activate a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days directly within their account settings. During a self-exclusion period, login access is disabled and promotional communications are suspended. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the od69 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

  • 8.1Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or using a different name, identity document, phone number, email address or payment method for the purpose of circumventing eligibility rules, bonus restrictions or KYC requirements.
  • 8.2Using or attempting to use bots, scripts, automated software, exploit tools, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform, or to artificially meet bonus wagering requirements.
  • 8.3Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are derived from, connected to or intended to facilitate any unlawful activity including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, theft, or financing of prohibited activities. od69 will cooperate with all relevant law enforcement authorities in relation to such activity.
  • 8.4Engaging in collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker variants, match fixing in sports betting, or coordinating bets with other users to exploit platform mechanics or bonuses.
  • 8.5Using the od69 Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by od69 in writing, including operating a betting syndicate, reselling access to the Platform, or using od69 accounts for the purpose of arbitrage betting against other platforms in a systematic manner designed to exploit mispriced odds.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

od69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The following sets out the principal grounds on which od69 may take such action.

  • 9.1Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8, providing false information during registration or KYC, or operating duplicate accounts.
  • 9.2Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, abuse of the bonus system, or any other activity that od69 considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.
  • 9.3Receipt of a request from a relevant law enforcement authority or regulatory body directing od69 to restrict or close an account.
  • 9.4Where an account is suspended or closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, od69 may forfeit all balances held in the account at the time of suspension, including real money balance, bonus funds and any pending winnings. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Terms breach, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding review.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the od69 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, sound files, software code and any other materials made available through od69.ws, is the proprietary property of od69 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any content, software or information obtained from or through the od69 Platform without the prior written consent of od69. Any unauthorised use of od69's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, od69's liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms is subject to the following limitations.

  • 11.1od69 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if od69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • 11.2od69 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and technical issues affecting third-party game or payment providers are outside of od69's direct control. od69 is not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime, game unavailability or payment provider delays.
  • 11.3Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits od69's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In jurisdictions where certain limitations on liability are not permitted, those limitations shall apply only to the extent allowed by law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

od69's collection, use and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and od69. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is accessible at od69.ws/privacy-policy. od69 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions involving personal information and financial data. od69 does not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments to These Terms

od69 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, od69 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause) may be published without advance notice.

Your continued access to and use of the od69 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at od69.ws/terms-conditions and is identified by its effective date.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. od69 is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and fairly. In the first instance, disputes should be directed to od69's support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. od69 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within 48 hours and will make reasonable efforts to provide a substantive response within 14 days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally between the player and od69, the parties may seek resolution through applicable dispute resolution channels. od69 does not accept disputes raised more than 30 days after the event giving rise to the dispute.
